Role Description

This is a contract role for a Workday Tester located in GurgaonThis role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases to validate Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) configurations and business processes, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and alignment with business requirements. The tester will work closely with the development and implementation teams to ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure the seamless operation of Workday applications.

Qualification

Experience in developing and executing test plans and creating and maintaining test scripts
Skills in performing functional, regression, and integration testing
Familiarity with troubleshooting issues and validating fixes
Strong understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Time Tracking modules
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Workday configurations, business process validation, and data flow
