Oracle HCM Redwood Consultant

This is a contract hybrid role for an Oracle HCM Redwood Consultant based in Hyderabad, with the option of some work from home. As the Consultant, your primary responsibility will be the implementation and management of Oracle HCM solutions. You will provide guidance to clients on best practices, configure Oracle HCM modules, and support various HR functions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting requirement analysis, designing custom solutions, implementing Oracle HCM Redwood features, delivering end-user training, and resolving any issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules with Redwood implementation. Proficiency in Core HR, Absence, and other relevant areas with Redwood implementation experience is essential. You should be capable of leading discussions with customer teams on integrations, data migrations, reports related to Core HR, and more, including Redwood. Familiarity with HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Fast Formulae batch loader is required. Moreover, you must possess the ability to effectively communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical, business, and management teams. Experience in managing a team of 7 or more individuals would be advantageous.
