Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, OTL, Compensation, and Benefits.
Perform functional configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business needs.
Design and document business processes, system configurations, test scenarios, and training materials.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM system issues.
Support data conversion, integration testing, and cutover activities.
Develop and execute test scripts, support UAT, and coordinate with technical teams for defect resolution.
