Job Description

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Kotlin Developer Data & Integration Specialist located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The individual will be responsible for developing software solutions, managing integration processes, and utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for web services. They will be involved in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Kotlin Developer (Data & Integration Specialist) to build high-performance data access layers and maintain multiple database integrations in a banking/finance domain
  • Data persistence, database optimization, schema migrations, multi-database support.
  • JOOQ, Liquibase, PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server/DB2/Snowflake, performance tuning.
  • This role will focus on schema migrations, query optimization, and integrating Kotlin services with various RDBMS using JOOQ and Liquibase.
  • Implement integration tests using JUnit 5, and Kotest.
  • Work with backend and DevOps teams to ensure reliable database deployments.
  • Troubleshoot database issues and perform performance tuning
