In this role you will support/manage BI & reporting. What will your essential responsibilities include? Manage BI & Reporting BAU and effective stakeholder management. Support/Manage BI & Reporting products. Energise and synergise the various Business Intelligence models and reporting. Support IDA BI & Reporting on existing and new/upcoming AI enabled initiatives and enabling development of the function, related capabilities. Develop BI & Reporting talent across AXA XL, while embracing inclusion and diversity, to enable usage and value creation through our strategic digital, data and analytics assets. Oversee the design/production/change for BI reporting. Contribute to best practices and standards to ensure a consistent approach to BI reporting. Instil a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders above all. Contribute to the development of the Business Intelligence teams tools, skills, culture and bring favourable impact. You will report to the Delivery Lead, Business Intelligence & Reporting.

Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management) and Tableau Server (Admin activities) Oracle SQL, Empirical understanding of data systems (BI analytics, data blending, data warehousing, data ETL, etc.) on process automation and standardization Good experience in requirement gathering/ analysis, coding, Unit testing, SIT Support Knowledge working on both Agile and waterfall models Develop end to end framework 9+ Years of experience in BI Reporting 3+ Years of experience in designing Tableau Business Intelligence Reporting systems 3+ years of experience in Tableau schema definition, design, implementation and maintenance SQL development experience either SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Sybase and MySQL. Advanced features and knowledge on Tableau internals Exposure on Big Data connectivity with Tableau/Qlik Experience on connecting API with Tableau server Integration of Tableau tool with R or Python Knowledge of implementing chatbots with Tableau/Qlik/MicroStrategy Experience with all the components of Tableau suite but not limited to Tab, Desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau Architecture Must have strong Experience in Tableau Development in Reports , dashboards and documents Ability to create complex reports requiring multiple parameters, summarizing data with crosstabs, using sections and section underlay for groups, and related report functions Knowledge of Shell Scripting Strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in reporting analysis tools.

Overview This position will be part of the Pepsico North American Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the PBNA Sector Ops & Go To Market (GTM) team. GTM Assoc Analyst will ensure his/her organization provides exceptional operational services to sales employees across multiple teams and markets. The services for the supported teams include providing analytically based diagnostic reporting of actual service and delivery metrics vs. pre-determined standards, preparing executive summaries of results for internal and external audiences, and supporting leadership with ad-hoc analysis and data requests. Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output. Responsibilities Support the GTM function by providing performance reporting against established KPIs, including ad-hoc reporting requests utilizing internal shipment/POS data and market data systems (e.g., IRI). Develop on-demand reports and scorecards to enhance agility, accessibility, and data visualization for improved decision-making. Aggregate, format, and analyze large, complex data sets across multiple channels, customers, and sales areas to identify key performance trends and opportunities. Assist in field sales execution and compliance reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives. Present actionable insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership on a regular cadence in a clear, concise, and strategic manner. Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication with headquarters and cross-functional partners. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate across multiple functions to support action-oriented cause-of-change analysis and business insights generation. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sales, or Sales Management. Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance; a Masters degree is a plus. Prior experience in the Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is required. Proven Data Analytics and Reporting expertise, including hands-on experience with relevant tools and software (e.g., Power BI and Altyrex ). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability and willingness to quickly learn PepsiCo software systems. Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Strong customer service orientation, ensuring high-quality support and responsiveness. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and plan efficiently
