Job Description

Requirements:

  • Workday Talent Performance Certification (Mandatory). Learning Certification is an advantage
  • 4-8 years of experience implementing and maintaining Workday Talent Performance systems
  • Strong expertise in Employee Review, Calibration, Goal Management, and Succession Planning
  • Experience managing Talent Performance project timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Ability to analyze, configure, test, and deploy Talent Performance solutions in Workday
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing change management, training, and communication strategies

Preferences:

  • Successful delivery of 2+ Talent implementations across at least two phases
  • Experience with HRIS and HCM implementation projects
  • Knowledge of Talent Performance business processes and cross-functional HR integration
  • Familiarity with organizational structures and stakeholder engagement
