We have an immediate opening for a Workday HCM System Analyst. This position can be located at in our Pune, India Office. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office may be required to engage in face-to-face collaboration among teammates.

What you’ll do:

  • Key duties include analyzing business requirements, configuring and maintaining the system, creating reports, ensuring data integrity, and providing user support and training. This role involves collaborating with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements and support HR functions like Core HCM, Core compensation, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, Talent or any other HCM related modules.
  • Effectively collaborates with HR teams as well as Digital Technology Team members.
  • Provides support for Workday, including researching, identifying, and resolving day to day Incidents / Stories (Change Requests, Enhancements related activities) by collaborating with respective Team members.
  • Recommend Standard / Agile methodologies to ensure optimal uses of Workday based on knowledge of Air Products processes and technology.
  • Continuously increases technical and industry knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums.
  • Participates in Workday bi-annual releases ensuring new features are considered for future roadmap and talent modules are fully tested for a seamless release.
  • Coordinate and perform testing for system changes and ensure solutions comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with internal team members, vendors, at various levels of the organization

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Workday experience, SAP HR system experience would be a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise interface builder and report writing
  • Ability to understand Business Requirements (BRDs), Unit testing, Functional Specification documents, analyze and troubleshoot system issues, creating stories / working on Service Now or any other HR Case Management system.
  • Exceptional analytic skills / capabilities and with mindset of continuous improvement who is looking to optimize the HR platform.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
  • Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers
  • Solid and clear communication skills
