Workday Reporting

Role Overview: As a skilled Workday Reporting Specialist, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage security configurations and reporting capabilities within the Workday platform. Your role will involve ensuring secure access, maintaining data confidentiality, and delivering accurate and insightful reports to support organizational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and deploy custom and standard Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports by using the report writer. - Analyze business needs to create dashboards, analytics, and data visualizations to facilitate strategic decision-making. - Maintain report catalogues, ensuring reports are accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational objectives. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with report performance and data accuracy. Compliance and Risk Management: - Monitor and maintain data integrity across the Workday environment. - Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and compliance regulations. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary security and reporting documentation. Collaboration and Training: - Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and security requirements. - Provide training and support to end-users on report generation and security protocols. - Stay updated on Workday system updates and enhancements, recommending improvements when applicable. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in Workday Reporting, with expertise in report writing. - Strong understanding of HRIS systems, workflows, and business processes. - Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including calculated fields and data sources. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Certification in Workday Advanced Reporting and/or Workday Security is highly desirable. - Experience in integrating Workday with other systems. - Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR or SOX.,
