Workday Reporting

We are currently seeking individuals for a prestigious MNC in the field of Workday Reporting- HR Analytics Domain. The interview process will be conducted in a Face to Face mode on the 19th of August 25 at Bangalore. This position requires working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and it is essential to have the flexibility to work from the office for all 5 days of the week. The ideal candidates should possess the following skills based on their respective levels: 1. Analyst Level: Proficiency in Workday Reporting (Advanced + Matrix + Calculated fields) and Intermediate-level Excel. 2. Senior Analyst Level (Team Lead): Proficiency in Workday Reporting (Advanced + Matrix + Calculated fields), Operations Management, and People Management. 3. Assistant Manager & Manager Level: Proficiency in Workday Reporting (Advanced + Matrix + Calculated fields), Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, PRISM, Worksheets, Stakeholder Management, Operations Management, and People Management. Candidates with relevant experience levels are encouraged to apply for the following salary ranges: - Analyst: 8LPA-11LPA, requiring 2+ years of relevant experience and a total of 3+ years of experience. - Senior Analyst (Team Lead): 10LPA-16 LPA, requiring 3+ years of relevant experience and a total of 4+ years of experience. - Ops Specialist (Assistant Manager): 15 LPA - 22LPA, requiring 4+ years of relevant experience and a total of 5+ years of experience. - Associate Manager: 20LPA-30LPA, requiring 7+ years of relevant experience and a total of 8+ years of experience.
