Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to ensure

  accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies in collaboration with HR and functional teams.
  
• Develop and maintain

  Workday reports and dashboards

  to support HR and business leaders in decision-making.
• Gather requirements for new reports/dashboards and design

  user-focused solutions

  .
• Create and maintain

  data quality checks, audits, and documentation

  to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and

  data modeling

  to support HR and business initiatives.
• Continuously improve HR data processes for

  efficiency and effectiveness

  .

Qualifications

• 2–4 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Workday Reporting & Analytics

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in

  data manipulation and visualization

  .
• Knowledge of

  HR data governance principles

  and best practices.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a

  fast-paced environment

  .
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Knowledge of Power BI

  will be an added advantage.
