Job Summary:

Workday Technical Consultant Integrations

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy
Workday integrations
using
EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI
, and
Document Transformation
.
Configure and optimize
Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll Connectors
.
Create and manage
Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT transformations, and Web Services APIs (SOAP/REST)
.
Participate in
integration design discussions
with clients and prepare
technical specifications
.
Conduct
code reviews
, troubleshoot integration issues, and support deployment activities.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Support release management and perform integration testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–6 years
of experience in
Workday Integrations
.
Active Workday Certification
(Core/Custom Integrations or Studio – mandatory).
Hands-on experience with:

EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI, Document Transformation
Calculated Fields
Core HCM / Benefits / Payroll Connectors
XML, XSLT, Web Services APIs (SOAP/REST)

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
