Workday Integration Consultant

As a Workday Integration Consultant at our Bhopal office, you will play a crucial role as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the support model, on-site coordinator, and various responsibilities including but not limited to: - Handling incidents classified as Critical/High/Low/Medium priority. - Acting as a liaison between the business team and the offshore team. - Efficiently engaging in on-site and offshore model collaborations. - Managing Workday Incidents, requests, and changes in Integrations stream. - Understanding and managing customer integration Architecture landscape and downstream systems. - Monitoring EIB (Inbound/Outbound), Studio, connector-based interfaces, troubleshooting, and fixing any issues. - Working with the customer IT team and business SMEs to update and document integration requirements for fixes and enhancements. - Analyzing and evaluating Change requests and enhancements. - Executing SIT and Regression Testing. - Coordinating between different stakeholders. - Conducting Workday upgrade testing for integration upgrades/fixes for each upgrade.
