Job Description

Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

Location:

Role Overview

Workday Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and third-party integration tools.
Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations, including file-based, API-based, and web service integrations.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing integrations to ensure performance reliability and data accuracy.
Collaborate closely with HRIS, Business Stakeholders, and Technical Teams to gather requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Support deployment activities including migration, configuration validation, and post-go-live support.
Ensure adherence to Workday development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Maintain integration documentation including mapping, logic, configuration settings, test scenarios, and deployment notes.
Work in an agile and collaborative environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

6–10 years
of relevant experience in Workday integrations.
Strong hands-on experience with:

Workday Studio
Workday Core Connectors
Inbound & Outbound integrations
EIB / REST / SOAP / WSDL / XSLT

Experience using Workday security framework for integration access and configuration.
Familiarity with
BIRT template creation
(preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
