Job Description

Job Role: Workday Integration Developer / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services.
Gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Support and troubleshoot existing integrations; ensure timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
Maintain integration documentation and ensure compliance with security & data privacy.
Assess and test Workday releases for integration impact.
Guide and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in CS/IT or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations.
Strong expertise in Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XSLT.
Experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.
Strong skills in XML, XSLT, and web service technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
