of experience in an HR role (generalist, operations, recruitment, etc.).
Strong interest in HR systems, technology, and digital transformation.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Bangalore

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

Exposure to any HRMS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
Basic understanding of HR processes and workflows.
