Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant with a primary focus on Workday Reporting. The ideal candidate will leverage their functional expertise in Workday to design, develop, and deliver robust reporting solutions. This role requires an immediate to 15-day joiner. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements related to Workday reporting and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Design, build, and test various Workday reports, including simple, advanced, matrix, and composite reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs and provide actionable insights. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Provide support for existing Workday reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare documentation for reporting solutions, including design specifications and user guides. Mandatory Qualifications: Proven functional experience with Workday, specifically in Workday Reporting. Demonstrated ability to create various types of Workday reports (e.g., advanced, matrix, composite). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users. Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deliverables. Availability to join immediately or within a 15-day notice period. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with Workday calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards. Familiarity with Workday security concepts as they relate to reporting. Additional Workday HCM functional skills (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation) are a plus, but not a requirement for this role.
