Job Title : Workday Financials Technical Product Manager

Experience : 7 - 15 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Workday developers/analysts for production & BAU support.
Oversee user issue resolution, BAU backlog, and Workday Financials configuration.
Partner with stakeholders globally and ensure smooth release/adoption of updates.
Drive innovation through automation, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Workday Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Procurement).
Proficiency in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio).
Proven experience managing production support & BAU in Workday/ERP systems.
Excellent leadership & stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work in EST time zone.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Azure integration technologies.
ITIL/Incident management experience.
Agile delivery practices with tools like Jira/ServiceNow.
Knowledge of AI-enhanced monitoring & automation.
