Demonstrated skill in building Workday applications and define technical with incorporate innovative design and solutions. ï‚· Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) ï‚· Hands on experience with Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, EIB, Report Writer, Cloud Connectors, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, XSLT. ï‚· Experience with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) suite - Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Absence Management, Recruiting, Performance Management ï‚· Partner with cross-functional teams such as HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, Facilities, and other groups to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications. ï‚· Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the systems. ï‚· Consult with business and technical teams about app design and maintenance; collaborate on design decisions.
