Workday Engagement Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Workday implementation and deployment projects. This role requires the application of formal deployment methodology, core project management skills, and principles along with external and internal stakeholder management skills. Active Workday EM/PM certification is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Execute project implementation activities following Workday's methodology from project planning to deploy and hyper-care stages - Manage project commercials including proactive monitoring of resource and budget utilisation - Manage project governance by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and assumptions - Constructively manage customer and internal stakeholders - Lead the internal project team members - Coach and support junior delivery team members Qualification Required: - 5 - 10 years" experience with implementing and deploying Workday in EM or PM capacity - Successful delivery of a variety of implementation projects - Solid understanding of HR and/or Financial processes as subject matter Additional Details: CloudRock is a leading digital transformation consultancy headquartered in the UK, with offices in India, US, Portugal & Australia.
