AMS Integrations Lead

As a Managing Consultant AMS Integrations Lead at CloudRock, located in Mumbai, India, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading the delivery and support of Workday integrations for AMS clients. Your role will involve overseeing a team of Integration Consultants to ensure the provision of high-quality support and continuous enhancement of post-production Workday integrations. This client-facing leadership position necessitates a blend of technical proficiency, strategic acumen, effective people management, and robust client engagement skills. Your key responsibilities will include providing leadership and guidance to the AMS Integrations team for successful delivery and support of Workday integration services. Additionally, you will serve as the Hypercare Lead for integrations, manage post-production support and stabilization efforts, and act as a senior escalation point for all AMS integration-related concerns. Collaborating with clients to comprehend evolving integration needs, advising on best practices, leading solutioning and design workshops, and reviewing/approving estimates and technical solutions will also be integral parts of your role. In terms of required experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is essential, coupled with at least 4 years of hands-on Workday Integration implementation experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity. Expertise in Workday technologies, managing distributed teams, problem-solving abilities, and strong client-facing communication skills are prerequisites for this role. Preferred qualifications include Workday Integration certification and experience with at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation. Proficiency in spoken and written English, strong leadership and team management capabilities, effective presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools are among the required skills and competencies.
