Description
As a Managing Consultant AMS Integrations Lead at CloudRock, your role involves leading the delivery and support of Workday integrations for AMS clients. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Integration Consultants, ensuring high-quality support and continuous improvement of post-production Workday integrations. This client-facing leadership position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, people management, and strong client engagement skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide leadership and guidance to the AMS Integrations team for successful delivery and support of Workday integration services. - Serve as the Hypercare Lead, managing post-production support and stabilization efforts. - Act as a senior escalation point for all AMS integration-related issues. - Collaborate with clients to understand evolving integration needs and advise on best practices. - Lead solutioning and design workshops to define scalable integration strategies based on client requirements. - Review and approve estimates, design documentation, and technical solutions delivered by the team. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, consistent delivery, and thought leadership. - Monitor and manage team performance, workload distribution, and utilization metrics. - Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members to enhance integration capabilities. - Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team. - Promote automation, innovation, and continuous improvement within the AMS integration practice. - Drive adherence to CloudRock methodologies and maintain quality standards across all client engagements. - Partner with global teams to align delivery standards and ensure a seamless client experience across regions. **Required Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. - 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integration implementation experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience managing AMS or post-production Workday Integration support projects. - Expertise in Workday technologies such as Studio, Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, CCTPP, XSLT, Web Services, and Advanced Reporting. - Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring distributed teams. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. - Excellent client-facing and communication skills with a consultative approach. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Workday Integration certification strongly preferred. - Experience with at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation. - Willingness to work in flexible shifts. **Required Skills And Competencies:** - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - High degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative. - Effective presentation and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong time management and organizational skills.
