Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Core HCM solutions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance HR business processes in Workday. Manage data migration and ensure proper data management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Provide ongoing support post-implementation, resolving any issues and enhancing system functionality. Develop and generate customized reports to support strategic HR initiatives and decision-making. Facilitate training sessions for end-users on Workday HCM functionalities and best practices. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience in Workday Core HCM implementation and management. Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. Hands-on configuration skills within the Workday environment. Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients. Preferred Experience with Workday reports and dashboards. Knowledge of data migration techniques and data integrity best practices. Certifications related to Workday HCM are a plus.
