Workday Consultant

As a Workday Consultant at Assistnow in Chennai, India, you will be part of a dynamic team in a growing AI and SaaS company specializing in HCM and Finance transformation. Assistnow, a Workday Partner, aims to support global clients by providing Workday AMS, integrations, and optimization services to maximize their Workday investment. Your role will involve configuring and supporting Workday modules such as HCM, Financials, or Integrations. You will work on end-to-end implementations, post-production support, or AMS projects, as well as develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools like Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience, with exposure to implementation or AMS support being preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a global delivery team. Workday certification(s) would be a plus.
