Skills: Workday Integration, EIB, Core connectors, PICE, XSLT, Workday Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using

  Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB

  , and Web Services.
• Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and support existing integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
• Develop documentation for integration design, support, and operations.
• Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and data privacy policies.
• Support Workday releases by assessing and testing the impact on existing integrations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior integration team members.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality, best practices, and community updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.

• Expertise in Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Studio , PECI and XSLT.

• Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruting.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and web service technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
