Should have at least 3+ to 12 years of Fusion HCM Functional or Techno/Functional exposure on Fusion HCM Time & Labor module. Should have good exposure to OTL/HCM Fast Formula development. Should have good exposure to BIP and OTBI reports development Should have good exposure to HDL, Extracts , Exports and imports options. Should have knowledge of OTL objects Calendar Event, Shifts, Work Patterns, Work Schedules, Work Schedule Assignment, Elements, Time Periods, Time Categories, Value Sets, HCM Groups, Layout Components, Fast Formulas, Rule Template, Time Processing Profile, Approval Rules, Reports & Dashboard, Time Device Should have hands on experience configuring OTL flows and above OTL components. Should have experience in multiple support projects and at least one implementation project Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, analytical skills and good communication skills. Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts Should be ready to work all 5 days from office
