Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow seller relationships within the e-commerce or clothing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to drive sales, and a willingness to work on the field when required.

Qualifications

Any graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce or Clothing industry.
Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
Male candidates preferred based on field-work requirements.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned sellers.
Engage in regular meetings, consultations, and field visits to boost seller performance.
Maintain strong relationships with existing sellers and onboard new sellers.
Conduct continuous follow-ups to ensure sellers growth and satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market pricing, competition, advertisement ROI, and seller-related insights.
