We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive WordPress & Shopify Developer who is an expert in creating, managing, optimizing, and scaling high-performance websites and eCommerce stores. The ideal candidate must have deep technical expertise and a strong eye for design, speed, and user experience. Key Responsibilities- Develop, customize, and manage WordPress and Shopify websites from scratch Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements Build and optimize WooCommerce websites with seamless checkout flows Develop and customize Shopify stores using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Ensure websites are fully responsive across all devices and browsers Optimize website performance for speed, security, and scalability Implement SEO best practices and performance enhancements Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways Maintain website backups, security protocols, and updates Ensure clean, well-documented, and scalable code Improve UI/UX for higher conversion rates Required Skills & Expertise: WordPress Expertise- Advanced knowledge of WordPress core Strong experience with theme & plugin development WooCommerce website creation and optimization Custom post types, hooks, filters, and REST API integration Website migration, staging, and deployment Shopify Expertise- Proficiency in Shopify theme development Strong command of Liquid templating language Custom Shopify app integration Store setup, product management, and customization Frontend TechnologiesHTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery (preferred) Performance & OptimizationPage speed optimization (Core Web Vitals) Image compression & lazy loading Caching and CDN implementation Mobile performance optimization Additional Requirements- Experience with website security best practices Knowledge of hosting environments and cPanel/WHM Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Understanding of SEO and analytics tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset Preferred QualificationsExperience with Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg Experience with Shopify Plus Knowledge of CRO and advanced UX principles Familiarity with marketing automation tools What We Offer- Competitive salary / project-based compensation Remote flexibility Long-term growth opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment
