Role Description

🚀 We’re Hiring:

WordPress development with UI/UX design expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, landing pages, and microsites.
• Design and implement

  user-friendly, responsive, and conversion-optimized layouts

  .
• Customize themes, plugins, and integrate third-party tools (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design team to transform wireframes and prototypes into live web pages.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.
• Optimize website speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Conduct usability testing and make data-driven design improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2–4 years).

Strong skills in UI/UX design, Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.

Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL.

Experience in creating high-converting landing pages.

Knowledge of Elementor, WPBakery, ACF, WooCommerce.

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
