Role Description . 🚀 We’re Hiring: Creative Graphic designer 🚀 We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in AI design tools and a proven ability to create engaging videos and reels for ad campaigns . The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical skills to deliver eye-catching designs and high-performing marketing assets across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design creative visuals, graphics, and layouts for product, social media, ad campaigns, and marketing materials. Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Veo, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to accelerate workflows and produce unique designs. Create and edit short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics optimized for social media and paid advertising. Collaborate with marketing, product, branding, and content teams to execute campaigns and maintain cohesive brand identity. Develop, refine, and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across all channels. Design digital and print collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and packaging. Stay updated on design trends, AI innovation, and social media content strategies to drive fresh creativity. Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines . Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when required. Skills & Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of professional design experience preferred. Design Tools Expertise: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW. AI Design Tools: Experience with Veo, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms. Video & Motion Graphics: Strong skills in video editing, reels creation, motion graphics, and animation for ads. Creativity & Branding: Strong visual design sense, typography, and branding expertise. Social Media Content: Understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies. Technical Skills: Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design principles (preferred).
