Role Overview

As a WordPress Developer at OneMetric, you will work on a wide range of projects including marketing websites, job portals, learning management systems (LMS), and eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for building websites from scratch, extending existing platforms, and integrating third-party tools to meet business and RevOps requirements.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, content teams, and RevOps specialists to deliver fast, secure, and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

•         Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites from scratch and existing codebases

•         Build advanced website solutions such as job portals, learning management systems (LMS), and dynamic content-driven platforms

•         Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalities

•         Create and manage Custom Post Types (CPTs), custom taxonomies, and custom fields

•         Build and manage WooCommerce-based eCommerce websites, including custom product flows and integrations

•         Implement third-party integrations such as HubSpot, CRMs, marketing tools, payment gateways, and APIs

•         Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and accessibility

•         Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices

•         Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently

•         Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences

•         Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

•        Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2–4 years)

•         Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

•         Experience with CSS frameworks and JavaScript frameworks

•         Hands-on experience with Page Buider (Elementor, Avada, DIvi, Wp Bakery,etc.) and WooCommerce

•         Strong understanding of custom WordPress themes and plugin development

•         Experience building websites such as job portals, LMS platforms, and content-heavy systems

•         Familiarity with third-party integrations and API-based workflows

•         Understanding of responsive design principles and performance optimization

Good to Have

•         Experience working with Webflow, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS

•         Familiarity with Webflow CMS collections, interactions, and animations

•         Experience building or managing Shopify-based eCommerce stores

•         Exposure to HubSpot integrations and marketing automation tools

•         Basic understanding of SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals
