Key Responsibilities:

• Website Maintenance & Error Resolution
• Identify and rectify on-page issues and WordPress-specific errors (plugin conflicts, layout glitches, responsiveness issues).
• Monitor site performance and resolve downtime, broken links, or script issues promptly.
• New Page Development
• Design and develop custom pages using WordPress builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) or custom code.
• Ensure all new pages are SEO-friendly, responsive, and optimized for speed and performance.
• Content Management
• Update and manage website content regularly (text, images, videos, downloads, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in tone, structure, and branding.
• Site Performance Optimization
• Monitor and maintain high site performance scores (Google PageSpeed, GTMetrix).
• Optimize code, images, scripts, and database for better load times and UX.
• Asset Management
• Update visual and downloadable assets across the website (banners, brochures, case studies).
• Maintain a structured media library for easy retrieval and update.
• Team Collaboration & Coordination
• Work with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, content writers) to execute web projects.
• Lead or mentor junior developers or interns as required.
• Campaign Integration & Planning
• Assist in implementing landing pages, forms, and tracking for marketing campaigns.
• Integrate third-party tools (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) for campaign tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git (optional)
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and efficiently
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
