Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of both front-end and back-end development tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development frameworks, databases, APIs, and responsive UI design. They will work closely with our project and design teams to build and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi, and a passion for driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. Responsibilities : Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, digital platforms, field visits, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for digital marketing and branding services. Client Interaction & Meetings: Conduct telecalling and set up meetings with potential clients.
