Job description

Growvyne, a key digital marketing unit under Guin Infracon India Pvt. Ltd., is looking for dynamic and experienced Business Development Executives to join our growth team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi, and a passion for driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, digital platforms, field visits, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for digital marketing and branding services.

Client Interaction & Meetings:

• Conduct telecalling and set up meetings with potential clients.
• Visit client offices for corporate meetings, presentations, and deal closures.
• Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly.

Sales Strategy & Growth:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Work closely with the internal team to prepare proposals and pricing based on client needs.
• Actively contribute to the development of strategies to boost sales and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in digital marketing or related industries).
• Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and basic CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
