About the Role GTMVerse is seeking a WordPress Developer who can transform clean Figma designs into high-quality Webflow builds. You’ll work closely with our design, content, and strategy teams to ship marketing websites, landing pages, and product pages that look great and load fast. The role is hands-on and execution-heavy, with an emphasis on scalability, clean structure, and high-performance interactions.

What You’ll Do Convert Figma designs into fully responsive Webflow websites. Structure all builds using the Client-First framework for consistency and scalability. Implement Webflow-native GSAP-style interactions, animations, and micro-interactions. Collaborate with designers to identify feasibility issues and propose smart alternatives. Work with content and marketing teams to maintain and update CMS structures. Optimize websites for speed, SEO basics, accessibility, and clean semantic structure. Ensure pixel-perfect execution across breakpoints and devices. Troubleshoot bugs, test layouts, and maintain ongoing site updates.

What You Need 1–2 years of experience building websites in Webflow. Strong understanding of the Webflow Designer, CMS, interactions, and component system. Working knowledge of the Client-First framework (mandatory). Comfort with custom interactions and animation logic inspired by GSAP (within Webflow’s native capabilities). Ability to read and implement clean, structured Figma files. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts (no heavy coding required). JS knowledge is a plus. A portfolio of Webflow projects showcasing responsive builds and interaction work. Strong attention to detail and a habit of clean naming, organization, and workflow.

Nice to Have Experience working in an agency environment. Understanding of SEO fundamentals and site performance optimization. Basic awareness of marketing funnels, landing page best practices, and conversion design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
