Job Summary:
The Web Designer & Developer will be responsible for designing and developing visually stunning and highly functional websites using Figma for design and WordPress for development. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and technical expertise to bring web projects to life, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Website Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using WordPress, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Customization: Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs and enhance website functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites are free of errors and function seamlessly.
• Maintenance: Provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, and support to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, web development technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Figma and WordPress.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Skills:
• Expertise in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
