Wordpress Developer Cum Digital Marketing Executive

We are a growing organization focused on delivering strong digital solutions and measurable online growth for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle both WordPress development and digital marketing activities to strengthen our online presence and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes
• Manage website performance, security, backups, and regular updates
• Design and optimize landing pages for lead generation and campaigns
• Implement SEO best practices including on-page and technical SEO
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and email
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic performance marketing activities
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms
• Track, analyze, and report website and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure optimal user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, plugins, and theme customization
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager
• Experience in content management and email marketing tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WooCommerce
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
