Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with Canva or Photoshop.
Responsibilities:
Design on Canva or Photoshop
Customize existing themes and plugins to meet specific needs
Collaborate with designers to implement website designs
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
Implement WordPress security measures
Support WordPress migrations, upgrades, and maintenance for site security
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and technologies
Requirements:
Experience with Canva or Photoshop
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience with other CMS platforms
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS
Integrate third-party APIs and web services into WordPress sites efficiently
