Job Title: HR Recruiter We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities : 1. Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top talent through various channels. 2. Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on job boards and social media. 3. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates. 4. Interviews: Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit. 5. Selection: Recommend candidates for hiring. Requirements: 1. Experience: 6 month-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR. 2. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. 3. Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment software and tools. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift
