WordPress Developer (2 Years Experience)About the Role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of themes, plugins, page builders, and a good understanding of front-end and back-end development.

This is a short-term, 1-month contract role, ideal for professionals who can start immediately and deliver quality work within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using best practices.
• Build responsive websites using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, security issues, and compatibility problems.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways when needed.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and backend developers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Maintain website backups, updates, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with WordPress.
• Strong understanding of WordPress, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce and other major WordPress plugins.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with REST APIs.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Knowledge of hosting environments, cPanel, and website migrations.
• Experience with Figma/Adobe XD for converting designs into functional pages.

Days of Working: Monday to Saturday
Contract Period: 1 Month ( may extend based on the performance)

Timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

CTC: 2-3 LPA

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
