Resolve queries with professionalism & empathy
Maintain accurate call logs and follow standard processes

Adapt to rotational shifts and contribute to team goals
Upsell or cross-sell services (when required)

Who Can Apply?

12th Pass / Intermediate or Graduates from any stream
Freshers with
excellent English communication skills
Prior BPO experience will be an added advantage
Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA, Hotel Management, and other specialized/technical degrees
Must have a valid PAN Card during the hiring process
