Work Mode: HybridWork timings: 2pm to 11pmLocation: Chennai & HyderabadPrimary Skills: Wintel Admin5+ years of hands on Windows administration, AWS, ansibletrouble shooting and handling of various Server level issuesAbility to analyze complex problem under pressure and devise effective solutionsExcellent Communication SkillsExperience on Windows administration, procedures, Knowledge in Incident flow Structure.Server Deployment and Configuration Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systemsDeploy and manage virtual machines using technologies like Hyper-V or VMwareConfigure server roles, features, and services based on organizational requirementsServer Monitoring and Performance Optimization Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and availabilityImplement proactive measures to optimize server performance and scalabilityTroubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, such as system crashes or performance bottlenecksSecurity and Patch Management Ensure server security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measuresApply security patches, updates, and service packs in a timely mannerMonitor server logs for security breaches and take appropriate actionsHands on experience on troubleshooting server-side Network relatedissue in coordination with network teamCluster configuration, monitoring & troubleshootingTechnology Knowledge AreasAWSAnsibleVMWareWindows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and latest, Powershell, HCIS and VirtualizationStorageBackupadministration and maintenance tasks of Windows systems in a 24/7 data center environmentDevelopment of automation programs and scriptsTroubleshooting of difficult technical problems escalated from technical supportGood debugging, problem solving/analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication
