Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital employee experience (DEX) monitoring using the Nexthink platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and robust Nexthink solutions to enable visibility, insights, and proactive management of end-user IT environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of Nexthink platform across the enterprise. Define best practices for Nexthink deployment, configuration, and integration with ITSM and monitoring tools. Develop and maintain dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, and investigation queries to improve digital employee experience. Collaborate with IT service desk, endpoint management, and infrastructure teams to drive proactive issue resolution using Nexthink insights. Customize Nexthink content (e.g., metrics, services, remote actions) to meet specific organizational needs. Provide governance and technical guidance on Nexthink upgrades, expansions, and security posture. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements within the Nexthink platform. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, data privacy, and security standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Nexthink Architect or Senior Nexthink Engineer.
