We are looking for an experienced Mac Application Packaging Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in packaging, deployment, scripting, and JAMF Pro administration. The ideal candidate will manage MAC packaging solutions for BFSI applications and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain macOS application packages using JAMF Composer, Packages, Apple PackageMaker, or Suspicious Package.
Deploy applications using JAMF Pro.
Implement security protocols and compliance standards in MAC packaging workflows.
Create and manage documentation for deployment, packaging, known issues, workarounds, and administrative procedures.
Troubleshoot packaging issues and support end users and IT teams.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and ensure application compatibility.
Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
7+ years of experience in macOS application packaging
Proficiency with JAMF Composer and JAMF Pro
Hands-on with Shell scripting, PowerShell, and VBScript
Familiarity with tools like Packages, Suspicious Package, Apple PackageMaker
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Knowledge of Munki, Cloudpaging, or Windows MSI packaging
Certifications in Apple or JAMF
Prior experience in BFSI domain is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Strong leadership and team management experience
Proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to train and coach junior engineers
B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent technical degree
