Required Qualifications

Professional and concise communication, both verbal and written
Windows Server administration, configuration, and management
PowerShell knowledge for modifying and updating scripts
Windows Cluster management
Ability to do Root Cause Analysis on Windows Servers
Windows NT Share configuration and modification
Active Directory modifications
Ability to be proactive and speak up when you see an issue
Monitor Ticket, Chat, and Email queue to acknowledge cases within SLA requirements
Attention to detail
Basic networking knowledge

Pluses, But Not Required

Experience working on an international team
Exchange support and management
Avamar working knowledge
VMware experience
WinSCP knowledge for FTP
DataDog and SNMP tools
Splunk usage to pull relevant events
