Your Role

Administer Windows Server environments (2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) including Active Directory, GPO, and server hardening.
Manage VMware virtualization platforms including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VM provisioning, HA/DRS, and vMotion.
Configure and troubleshoot enterprise DNS, DHCP, and WINS services.
Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), including creation, linking, inheritance, and troubleshooting.
Execute server patch management using WSUS, SCCM, or third-party tools.
Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell scripting.
Administer file servers including FTP, DFS, NFS, and Globalscape.

Your Profile

9 to 12 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization, GPO management, and patching tools.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and server performance troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of storage management (SAN/NAS), backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault), and disaster recovery planning.
