Windchill Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Windchill Developer to design, customize, and support PTC Windchill PLM solutions. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance PLM capabilities, improve processes, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Windchill modules, workflows, UI components, and APIs.
• Configure life-cycles, access control rules, and system settings.
• Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Build and support integrations with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Resolve issues, debug customization's, and support upgrades/migrations.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with engineering/IT teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
• 1–3 years experience with PTC Windchill (PDMLink)
• Java/J2EE, JSP, XML, basic web services
• PLM concepts: Document Management, Change Management, BOM
• Basic SQL/Oracle knowledge
• Strong analytical & communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Windchill UI, workflow, and lifecycle customization
• Knowledge of Info*Engine & server configurations
• Exposure to CAD integrations (Creo)
• REST/SOAP API integrations
• DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Work Location: Tiruchirappalli

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
