ODOO - ERP JUNIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Odoo ERP Junior Developer to become a valuable member of our team. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting, tailoring, and upholding Odoo modules to fulfill our organizational requirements. By closely collaborating with business analysts, end users, and fellow developers, you will contribute to the creation of personalized ERP solutions that optimize operational efficiency. Your duties will include developing, customizing, and sustaining both existing and new Odoo modules, transforming functional needs into technical resolutions, integrating third-party applications and APIs with Odoo, debugging, testing, and enhancing the performance of Odoo modules, creating and managing technical documentation for all features developed, and assisting end users through troubleshooting and training support. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - 1 to 2 years of Odoo experience (version 12 and above), encompassing implementation and customization - Proficient in Python and PostgreSQL - Sound grasp of Odoo ORM, workflows, and security rules - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb - Familiarity with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, or similar deployment environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail - Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team - Fundamental knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line operations - Understanding of essential business processes like Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and HR This position offers a performance-based bonus.
