Looking For: Seeking a hands-on Wind Turbine O&M Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join our technical services arm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-voltage environments, has experience working at WTG sites, and brings deep troubleshooting capabilities across wind turbine systems—from SCADA monitoring to generator diagnostics . You won't just be maintaining turbines—you’ll play a direct role in analyzing failure patterns , optimizing uptime, and ensuring turbines perform at their peak in some of India’s most challenging locations. Your Day-to-Day: Lead the electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting of WTG systems including DFIG, induction generators, yaw/pitch systems, and VVVF drives. Monitor turbine health through SCADA systems , perform preventive/predictive maintenance, and own the breakdown response cycle . Handle HT & LT equipment (up to 132KV), manage switchyard performance, and ensure proper SAP documentation of maintenance activities. Analyze turbine performance metrics like MTBF/MTTR and power curve variations , and implement CAPA measures post-failure. Work closely with our internal engineering design team to give on-ground technical feedback for optimization studies. Support EHS compliance, LOTO procedures, and emergency response including height rescue, first-aid, and fire safety drills. You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: A B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical, EEE, or ECE. 5+ years of WTG O&M experience , preferably with exposure to Suzlon, Vestas, or similar OEMs . Hands-on experience with SCADA monitoring systems , electrical fault analysis, and component-level troubleshooting. Comfort working with voltages ranging from 24VDC to 132KV and strong understanding of HT yard safety. Certifications like GWO, Safety Training, CPR, or First Aid are a plus. Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation/reporting tools.
