Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage workforce management (WFM) processes to ensure efficient scheduling, forecasting, and real-time analysis.
Analyze data from various sources such as Genesys, Real Time Analysis (RTA), and other relevant systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide insights on labor productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, seasonality, and external factors like weather or holidays.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or a similar field.
Strong understanding of Genesys platform and its applications in WFM.
Proficiency in Real Time Analysis (RTA) tools for data analysis
