Role Description

This is a Full time role for a Program Manager, located on-site in the Bhubaneswar. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, and reporting progress to stakeholders. The Program Manager will also be responsible for problem-solving, risk management, and maintaining high standards of project quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, project planning, and execution
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, timeline management, and reporting
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
• Relevant experience in the technology, training, or consulting sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is an advantage
